1. CANCELLATION
1.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings at https://pqra.3dfs.com/settings/billing or by contacting [email protected].
1.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel a subscription: - Your access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. - Your account reverts to the Basic (free) tier after the paid period ends. - Your uploaded files and analysis reports are subject to the data retention periods of your new tier (7 days for Basic). - No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2. REFUNDS: MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
- No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
- Access continues through the end of the billing period for which you have paid.
- Exception: If the Service experienced a verified outage or material service failure affecting your account during the billing period, you may request a full refund for the affected month by contacting [email protected].
3. REFUNDS: ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS
- 14-day money-back guarantee: New annual subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase, no questions asked. This satisfies the EU Consumer Rights Directive cooling-off period.
- After 14 days: Prorated refunds for unused full months remaining on the annual term may be issued at our discretion. Contact [email protected].
- Downgrade: If you downgrade from an annual plan to a monthly plan, any credit from the unused portion of your annual subscription will be applied to future monthly charges.
4. REFUNDS: DOCKER / SELF-HOSTED LICENSE
- Annual license: 14-day refund window from date of purchase, no questions asked.
- Perpetual license: No refunds after the license key has been issued and activated.
- Trial license: No charge, no refund applicable.
5. FREE TIER
The Basic (free) tier has no associated charges. No refund is applicable.
6. BILLING ERRORS
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact [email protected] within 60 days of the charge. We will investigate and issue a refund for any confirmed billing error.
7. CHARGEBACKS
We ask that you contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution. All payments are processed by Stripe, and Stripe's dispute resolution process applies.
8. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, email [email protected] with: - Your account email address - The charge date and amount - The reason for your refund request
We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
